Book your dream home by paying just 5% of the flat consideration value now and balance before interior fit outs. Remember, statutory compliances and taxes are applicable in addition and you would be informed at the time of booking when they are payable.

This is a special hassle free flexi payment scheme with which you can book your home by availing a home loan on as much as 80% of the flat consideration value and not worry about servicing the loan until the time of interior fit outs.

It’s a huge cost saving for you as all instalments of the home loan will be serviced by the developers until your flat is ready for interior fit outs.

A step by step highlight of the booking process –

  • Customer pays 5%, books flat
  • Customer pays all applicable taxes & government fees & completes the stamp duty & registration process
  • Customer submits all relevant documents for loan eligibility to empaneled bankers
  • Bank disburses the amount as per your eligibility up to 80% of the Agreement Value
  • Customer pays the balance 15% at the time of interior fit outs (approx 3 months prior to OC)

Please note –

  • Taxes and Levies will be customer’s responsibility. Home loan will be available of the Agreement Value and not on the tax component
  • For the Bank Disbursement of 75% or 80% amount - Pre Emi will be borne by the developer till interior fit outs.
